1000 - Series, Applications: Anodizieng Architectural applications, Spun hollowware, Light Reflectors, Food and chemical Handlings
2000 - Series, Applications:in rod & bad- aircraft parts, truck wheels, screw machine products, rivets, bolts. In Alclad sheet & plate – Aircraft applications such as fuselage and wing skinnings
5000 - Series High strength & Highly stressed welded assemblies, sheet metal work, Marine components, appliances fuel & oil tubing, dump truck boxes, storage tanks, cryogenic vessels
6000 - Series Structural areas where both strength and corrosion resistance, truck bodies and frames, towers. 6000 series Does lose appreciable strength after welding. 5000 Series is considered when after weld strength is prime consideration.
7000 - Series, Applications in Aerospace where High strength and weight ratio areas are needed. Machineability is good, but is not considered weldable with ordinary fusion methods.
MIC-6 Series - MIC6 is cast from a high-strength 7000-series aluminum, then stress relieved to maintain dimensional stability during high-speed machining. Use these sheets and bars for CNC routing tables, assembly jigs, vacuum chucks, and other applications where consistent flatness and tight tolerances are critical.
